Pizza Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 batch of pizza dough.
  • 3 cups tomato sauce.
  • 1/2 package of “ground beef.”
  • 1 medium onion.
  • 1 bell pepper.
  • 4-5 mushrooms.
  • 2-3 cups of “cheese.”
  • Avocado oil.
  • Garlic salt (as needed).

Instructions

  1. Make Pizza Dough.
  2. Make Tomato Sauce.
  3. Sauté onions, peppers, mushrooms, etc. on medium heat. Once the veggies begin to cook, add the “ground beef” to the pan and cook until browned.
  4. Preheat oven to 375.
  5. Split dough in half. Stretch out the dough into rectangle shapes that are about 12×18. The dough should be about a centimeter thick. Spread out the half the tomato sauce and toppings on each dough rectangle. Spread toppings almost to the edges except on one of the shorter ends.
  6. Roll the dough starting from the side that is opposite the one with no filling on the end. Once rolled, cut into pieces and place in an oiled 9×13 pan.
  7. Brush a light coating of oil on top and shake on some garlic salt to taste (optional).
  8. Bake for 35 minutes or until bubbly and slightly browned on top.
