Ingredients
- 1 batch of pizza dough.
- 3 cups tomato sauce.
- 1/2 package of “ground beef.”
- 1 medium onion.
- 1 bell pepper.
- 4-5 mushrooms.
- 2-3 cups of “cheese.”
- Avocado oil.
- Garlic salt (as needed).
Instructions
- Make Pizza Dough.
- Make Tomato Sauce.
- Sauté onions, peppers, mushrooms, etc. on medium heat. Once the veggies begin to cook, add the “ground beef” to the pan and cook until browned.
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Split dough in half. Stretch out the dough into rectangle shapes that are about 12×18. The dough should be about a centimeter thick. Spread out the half the tomato sauce and toppings on each dough rectangle. Spread toppings almost to the edges except on one of the shorter ends.
- Roll the dough starting from the side that is opposite the one with no filling on the end. Once rolled, cut into pieces and place in an oiled 9×13 pan.
- Brush a light coating of oil on top and shake on some garlic salt to taste (optional).
- Bake for 35 minutes or until bubbly and slightly browned on top.
