French 75

Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 2/3 oz lemon juice
  • Topped with Prosecco (2-3 oz)

Instructions

  1. Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into a Champagne flute.
  3. Top with the Prosecco.
